SNAP-vitro HTRF® Donor Kits

SNAP-vitro HTRF® Donor Kits enable the direct labeling of SNAP-tag fusion proteins with donor fluorophore for HTRF® binding assays. The kits contain the substrate required to label one protein of an interacting pair with BG-TBP (Eu3+ cryptate, HTRF donor; Ex 335nm, long-lifetime Em 580-650nm). SNAP-vitro HTRF® donor labeling is compatible with both SNAP-vitro HTRF acceptor (BG-647) and the standard XL665 (allophycocyanine) acceptor. SNAP-vitro HTRF® Donor kits can be used for labeling SNAP-tag proteins in solution and in cell lysates

HTRF® is a registered trademark of CIS bio international.
