ACP-tag & MCP-tag genes are available in two formats:
ACP- & MCP-source plasmids are high copy number storage plasmids, intended for use as a PCR template of the ACP-tag and the MCP-tag respectively.
ACP- & MCP-express plasmids are ready to use expression plasmids containing N- and C-terminal MCS for cloning in signal sequence and protein of interest.
